BIO ADRIAN KAYE Adrian Kaye is an English artist, based in Italy, Tuscany.He is mime, clown and actor, one of the pioneers of street theater, an artist with 35 years of experience.He is a graduate of the Guildford School of Acting and also the Desmond Jones School of Mime.In 1988 he created the show "Adrian Kaye Show" and debuted in Covent Garden square, in the heart of London.In the following years he performed in the squares of all the countries of Northern Europe and in 1995 he moved to Italy. He initially performed in Bologna and later in Rome, where he remained for many years.He has been a guest at over 100 international buskers festivals in England, Italy, Austria, Germany, Iceland and Czechoslovakia.In 2020 he began working with the artist Federica Tranchida (The Sparkle).The two artists create two comic theater shows: "Va bene così" and "The Really stupid show".ADRIAN KAYE SHOW Adrian, also known as Hardcore Street Performer, loves to perform without music because, as he himself states: "I like to be free, so I feel everything, I feel the street, I feel the show, I feel the people". His show is a mix of pantomime, improvisation, comic magic numbers and full-throated gags to follow in one breath. A trunk full of simple objects that come to life, an engaging stage presence and well-constructed facial expressions give life to a show of genuine comedy. He chooses colorful costumes, jackets with a sixties style, hat and glasses cannot be missing to complete the character of his clown. His forte is interaction with passers-by. You can't predict what he's about to do and you won't be able to hold back your laughter.TECHNICAL INFORMATIONThe space required is 5x5 metres. Any flooring is fine except gravel and sand. In the event of an evening performance, an illuminated location is required.A large part of the show takes place without the use of backing tracks; for the success of the show, a location that is not too noisy is therefore necessary.
