Two people – obviously different, obviously similar - meet each other in a special place: on stage. They talk to each other without words. They play complex games with simple rules. Games that require listening, games that require respect. Games that can be manipulated with rules that can be broken. The audience is their chorus, a chorus that watches, emphasizes, takes sides - constantly part of the ongoing reality.
Roxana Küwen: ’For me, circus is an opportunity to open people’s eyes and to develop skills.’ Ariane & Roxana are young, talented artists. Their performances poetic and innovative. They share one love: discovering new ways to perform their special techniques: foot juggling and contemporary circus movement techniques.
